In-keeping with our ethos of helping all students to achieve their maximum potential, we dedicate a class to those beginning their Taekwondo journey, ensuring they receive the instruction and support to grow and exceed limitations. This class covers technique but also includes an emphasis on fitness. Whether your goals are based on training to compete, for self-defence or just to have fun, make friends and improve your health, we provide a fun and friendly atmosphere to help you.
